Gastric Bypass Surgery

Gastric Bypass Surgery is a highly effective surgical operation used in the treatment of people who struggle with obesity and have many obesity-related diseases (such as diabetes, sleep apnea).

Operation Time: Varies from 45 minutes to 1 and a half hours

Length of Hospitalization: 4-6 days. While the patient is discharged, the diet until the first control is planned by the dietitian. During the first year, close follow-up is performed by an endocrinologist, psychiatrist and dietitian, apart from the bariatric surgeon.

Healing Time: Between 1 and 3 weeks depending on the closure of the wounds.
